洛阳LYC轴承有限公司前身是国家“一五”期间156个重点建设项目——洛阳轴承厂，是中国轴承行业规模较大的综合性轴承制造企业之一。拥有国家认定的技术中心，拥有航空发动机轴承、轨道交通车辆轴承、重大装备专用轴承等核心技术，是我国加工直径大、精密程度高轴承的诞生地，中国风电发电机轴承标准制定单位，中国特大型轧机轴承生产单位，也是国内轴承产品尺寸广、用途覆盖面宽、品种齐全的生产基地，保持了多项中国轴承行业记录。2020年4月，入选国务院国资委“科改示范企业”名单。、洛阳轴承集团股份有限公司（以下简称洛轴）始建于1954年，是中国“一五”期间156项重点工程之一。历经60多年的建设与发展，目前产销规模、配套服务能力位于中国轴承行业综合性制造企业前列，至今仍保持着多项中国轴承行业纪录。



洛轴拥有国家首批认定的企业技术中心，设有国家重点实验室、国家认可实验室、院士工作站、博士后科研工作站、河南省高速重载轴承工程技术研究中心及河南省轴承产品质量监督检验中心，搭建了完善的轴承研发实验平台，在轴承的研发、制造、检测、试验等方面居行业领先地位。洛轴独立开发了具有自主知识产权的《滚动轴承三维计算机辅助设计系统RBDS ver5.0》软件、轴承动力学分析软件、引进了Romax仿真分析软件。先后起草制定了《滚动轴承 转盘轴承》行业标准、《滚动轴承铁路货车、客车、机车轴承》国家标准、《滚动轴承 风力发电机组偏航、变桨、主轴轴承》国家标准。公司承担的多项科研项目纳入了国家“863计划”、“重大科技专项计划”、“科技支撑计划”等。多项科研成果填补国内空白，达到国际先进水平。



洛轴先后通过ISO9001、ISO14001、TS16949、CRCC、OHSAS（欧萨斯）18001、鉴衡、美国AAR、法国AS9100C、德国GL等国内外权威机构认证。产品系列涵盖九大类型，3万余种，产品尺寸范围从内径6mm到外径15m。拥有轨道交通车辆轴承、重大装备专用轴承等核心技术，产品广泛应用于风力发电、轨道交通、汽车摩托车、矿山冶金、工程机械、机床电机、工业齿轮箱、医疗器械、港机船舶等领域。



洛轴建立了销售总公司和各事业部、子公司、生产厂并行的营销模式。在全国各地设有48个区域销售代表处，拥有近300家销售代理商，形成了区域与行业营销并举，各地代表处、经销商协同发展的营销体系。在国际市场方面，公司在美国、印度、越南等国家设有子公司或办事处，产品出口美国、德国、意大利、澳大利亚、韩国、印度、越南等70多个国家和地区。

Luoyang LYC Bearing Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Luoyang Bearing Factory, one of the 156 key construction projects during the national "Fifth Five Year Plan" period. It is one of the large-scale comprehensive bearing manufacturing enterprises in China's bearing industry. We have a nationally recognized technology center and core technologies such as aviation engine bearings, rail transit vehicle bearings, and specialized bearings for major equipment. We are the birthplace of large-diameter and high-precision bearings in China, the standard setting unit for wind turbine generator bearings in China, the production unit for ultra large rolling mill bearings in China, and a production base for bearing products with a wide range of sizes, wide application coverage, and complete varieties in China. We have maintained multiple records in the Chinese bearing industry. In April 2020, it was selected as a "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprise" by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Luoyang Bearing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Luoyang Axle) was founded in 1954 and was one of the 156 key projects during China's "First Five Year Plan" period. After more than 60 years of construction and development, the current production and sales scale and supporting service capabilities are among the top comprehensive manufacturing enterprises in the Chinese bearing industry, and still maintain multiple records in the Chinese bearing industry.

Luoyang Axle has the first batch of enterprise technology centers recognized by the state, State Key Laboratory, nationally recognized laboratory, academician workstation, postdoctoral research workstation, Henan high-speed and heavy load bearing engineering technology research center and Henan bearing product quality supervision and inspection center, has built a perfect bearing research and development experimental platform, and is leading the industry in bearing research and development, manufacturing, testing, testing, etc. Luozhou independently developed the "Rolling Bearing 3D Computer Aided Design System RBDS ver5.0" software with independent intellectual property rights, bearing dynamics analysis software, and introduced Romax simulation analysis software. We have successively drafted and formulated industry standards for "Rolling Bearing Rotary Table Bearings", national standards for "Rolling Bearing Railway Freight Car, Passenger Car, and Locomotive Bearings", and national standards for "Rolling Bearing Wind Turbine Yaw, Pitch, and Main Shaft Bearings". The multiple scientific research projects undertaken by the company have been included in the national "863 Program", "Major Science and Technology Special Program", "Science and Technology Support Program", etc. Multiple scientific research achievements have filled the domestic gap and reached the international advanced level.

Luozhou has successively passed certifications from authoritative domestic and foreign institutions such as ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, CRCC, OHSAS 18001, Jianheng, AAR in the United States, AS9100C in France, and GL in Germany. The product series covers nine types with over 30000 varieties, ranging in size from an inner diameter of 6mm to an outer diameter of 15m. With core technologies such as bearings for rail transit vehicles and specialized bearings for major equipment, the products are widely used in fields such as wind power generation, rail transit, automobiles and motorcycles, mining and metallurgy, engineering machinery, machine tool motors, industrial gearboxes, medical equipment, port machinery and ships.

Luozhou has established a marketing model that includes a sales headquarters and various business units, subsidiaries, and production plants in parallel. There are 48 regional sales representative offices across the country, with nearly 300 sales agents, forming a marketing system that combines regional and industry marketing, and promotes the coordinated development of representative offices and distributors in various regions. In the international market, the company has subsidiaries or offices in countries such as the United States, India, and Vietnam, and its products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions including the United States, Germany, Italy, Australia, South Korea, India, and Vietnam.
